Testimonials

Proudly Rated 5 Stars

“Exceptional service from a very knowledgeable, kind and authentic physiotherapist who looked holistically at me as a patient. Thank you. “

"Emily is a wonderful physiotherapist, always makes me feel comfortable and heard during sessions. I highly recommend her services."

"Emily, I can’t thank you enough for treating me when I was most in need.

Through your assessment and treatment I was able to get a diagnosis which has meant I am now recovering well after surgery.

I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, empathetic and passionate physio. Thank you.”

"I would highly recommend Emily and have made great progress in my post-natal recovery under her guidance"

"At 80 years old, I thought that urinary incontinence was just something I had to put up with and was normal at my age. I initially saw Emily for an unrelated issue and she was certain she could help me with my bladder symptoms too. After a few sessions with Emily and lots of advice, reassurance and bladder and pelvic floor retraining, my symptoms are now fully resolved! I now tell everyone I can that it's never too late to improve your pelvic floor and bladder symptoms - even at my age!"

"Emily has been so supportive and informative, she naturally puts you at ease. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that my treatment has had an integrated approach due to the complexity of my condition.

I would highly recommend this clinic to other women”.

"After my surgeon explained the radical prostatectomy procedure, he then handed me a sheet  explaining pelvic floor exercises, but I had no idea what I had to do! Thankfully, my wife found Emily, who I saw just 2 weeks before my surgery to demystify the exercises. I then saw her a few times after my surgery (which was successful!) to progress my rehab exercises. I went from leaking every time I stood up from a chair, to getting back to the gym and hiking regularly with no bladder issues at all. Emily was very professional but with a natural kindness that put me at ease, so I felt comfortable talking to her and not at all embarrassed as I was worried I would. Thank you Emily."

"I've seen Emily for quite a while for a complex issue. She's put a lot of work and care in to helping me, and I feel like I've got my life back.

Emily is so easy to get along with, thoughtful, conscientious, and very knowledgeable. She really listens and takes in what you tell her. I had to try two other pelvic physios before finding Emily, and she will be my last! No need to go anywhere else for any of my physio needs. Thank you so much for everything!"

"I saw Emily 2 years after having my child. I had ongoing pain in my hips and back and had seen other physiotherapists prior, who had unfortunately not related any of my issues to pregnancy/child birth. After discharging myself from physio I went back to the Doctor and explained my ongoing pain and the current physio plan I had, which hadn’t helped and had just been put down to a weight loss requirement.
She recommended I try Women’s Health physio, so I booked in with Emily.

I have always been apprehensive about any medical appointment but Emily instantly put me at ease and listened to all the issues I’d had since having my little one. She straight away was able to say what she thought was the problem (nothing that had been mentioned before) and started me slowly with pelvic floor exercises. We increased the exercises every 2 weeks and every time I felt stronger. I am now able to carry on day to day without any pain.
I really appreciate all of Emily’s help and understanding. Throughout my care she has made me feel listened to and not silly for pain after 2 years of having a child. I only wish I had found Emily earlier! “

"My thanks to Emily who I found to be a very personable individual. She listened carefully to the issues I am aiming to deal with, and guided me towards effective procedures in a very practical and down to earth manner. Much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone."
